Excellent

Excellent guide; did a very good job of summarizing western art history period with tell-tale indications to guide (i.e. presence or not of facial expressions on the Greek statues); the guide had some humorous stories which helped us to retain details about the works of art; good pacing of the information she shared with us; she also kept a discrete eye on the group so that did not lose any of us, despite the siren call of the magnificent works in the Louvre! Thank you, Roseanna!

Great tour, guide was friendly, fun and very knowledgable. So glad we did the stairs climb instead of lift option. Thanks tour guide George!

Good way to See the Eiffel Tower!

This was a fun and convenient way to see the Eiffel Tower! There is still a long wait before you begin the climb, as an official “no-wait” time slot can only be reserved through the Eiffel Tower website. So, for this tour, you wait in line with the tour group and guide, and that is the time when most of the historical info about the Tower is shared. Once you have waited the hour or so to get into the Tower, you climb to the first floor and take a brief break, then you climb to the second floor. There the guide give you a bit more info about the sights you can see below and the official tour is finished. If you have a ticket to the top, you wait in line again for the elevator.

  • Your Paris Museum Card activates the moment you use it at your first museum and remains valid for the number of days you’ve purchased it. Consequently, it is recommended to use it in the morning, so you have the whole day to make the most of the card’s benefits.
  • Validating your ticket - Wait until you’re about to enter the first museum to write your name and date on the back of the card. As soon as you fill in these details, in front of the ticket agent, your pass is activated and its validity starts running from that time forward.
  • Note museum closures - One day a week most of the Paris monuments and museums are closed. Check which ones will be closed before you visit.
  • European Union citizens under the age of 26, hold the right of free access for all museums and cultural attractions.
  • Permanent Collections - Your Paris Museum Pass includes access to only the permanent collections. Temporary exhibitions and special events require a separate ticket to enter, which you purchase at the entrance.
