The Spanish “siesta” is one of the greatest pleasures of life. It is deeply ingrained in Andalusia and it is highly recommended because of its numerous health benefits. The origin of the “siesta” goes back to the Roman period. In the “sixth hour” (between 14:00 and 16:00) it was very common to take a nap after having lunch in order to face the evening with greater strength, vitality and a better mood.
This experience begins with a brief visit to the vineyard and continues inside the winery, where the temperatures usually hovers around 24 degrees.
