What is Your refund policy?

Each of our partners has the right to specify refund policy for their individual product. Read the description very carefully! 


However, if no other refined conditions are stated in the product description, the following rules apply: 

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour or activity is eligible for a full refund  
  • Cancellation issued less than 24 hours before the start of the tour or activity (or in the event of a no-show) is not eligible for a refund

Please note: The supplier has the right to request higher compensations on your part in case they can prove that your cancellation caused higher expenses that the applicable flat-rate.


The refund is processed using the same payment method with which you completed the purchase. If you paid by a credit card that is only charged on a monthly basis, the amount due will be credited to you at the of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund will be dependent on your credit card agreement. Refund by a bank transfer shall be processed within seven business days.
