Plans change, that’s life. In the vast majority of cases, you can cancel your booking and get a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. However, there is some variation among suppliers so be sure to check the terms of the cancellation policy related to the specific tour or activity.
How to cancel your booking:
- Go to DoTravel website
- Login to your DoTravel Account (automatically created upon your first purchase)
- Click on “Bookings” tab of your user profile
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Click “View Reservation”
- Click “Cancel”
You will receive a confirmation email when your cancel request has been processed.
