Toledo Day-Trip from Madrid including Cathedral Admission

Toledo has magnificent examples of architecture from different eras and styles: Mudejar, Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, etc, from different cultures and civilizations that lived within its walls. They all left a legacy. You will discover these and other details of this wonderful destination with our professional local guide.

This tour begins by bus from our offices. After an approximate one hour journey, the experience starts with a walking tour through the historic centre of the city. This is considered a National Monument and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.[readmore]During the visit, we’ll see the Church of Santo Tomé where you can admire one of the most important works of El Greco, The Burial of the Lord of Orgaz. We will also visit the Santa María la Blanca Synagogue and a damasquinados handcraft workshop (ancient Toledano art). 

Then we will make a lunch break where you can include any of the options we offer or enjoy free time if you prefer. Our tour continues with the visit to the Cathedral, Mosque of Cristo de la Luz and back to the point from where we began the visit to depart for Madrid. Departure time 16:30 hrs approximately from the tourist bus stop located in front of the main entrance of Hostal El Cardenal. Upon arrival in Madrid, the visit ends at Plaza de España at 5:30 p.m. approx.
