Overall, this was a great experience. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but we felt a bit rushed at times. A bit more time at the geothermal pools would have made it perfect. Still, I definitely recommend it!

The customizable nature of the tour was a plus, but there were some logistical issues. Our guide was late which made us feel rushed throughout the day. The sights were beautiful, but I expected better organization for the price paid.
