Very well worth it.

It’s a nice drive to and from Stonehenge. The seats on the bus are comfy to take a nap. It was easy to find the bus, someone was directing where to go. The driver/guide was very friendly and had lots of knowledge about London and Stonehenge. The only thing is when we parked it took a while to get off the bus so some precious time was lost. It is a half day trip which allows only 2 hrs at Stonehenge so there isn’t enough time to do the full audio tour plus the exhibition plus to eat so a full day ticket should be purchased to see all.

A bit long

Very crowded & queues at entrance. Takes almost an hour on Sat. Various milestones to clear. First to scan QR to issue tickets, then to security checks. After that in the garden, there is a container office where you can collect your multi-lingual audio device with headset. Its a robust device to be worn around neck, useful when you walk from rooms to rooms in the State Apartments. Many exquisites artwork & antiques few hundred years old to be admired, but photography is not allowed. St George Chapel was closed for an event.

We liked it

As people who lived and worked in London escorting our French friends around our capital we had a great time. The only thing that reduced our enjoyment was one rather rude and unhelpful driver.
