i recommended to book

It is recommended to use this service to purchase your ticket online. The tour was sold out on the day we attended and I overheard the agent telling a gentleman in line next to me he can try for the following day, however, he said he was leaving town and would not be able to visit on that day.

We needed more time

Harry Potter World is brilliant, however due to the time given to be back on the coach we only had 3 hours inside. Not enough and your site guaranteed 4 hours. That's my only criticism
