Organisationwise it all was perfect. The ride with the wheel though is actually a bit boring i think. Not really worth the money...you have a nice view around but because the cabin is fully closed its difficult to take really good pictures through the plexiglas....and as you dont feel the wind and weather the height feels not so impressive after all ...not bad...but i wouldnt recommend it to a friend visiting London ..so many other things zo do...
