Best way to access the Duomo.

Our guide María took us on a historical tour of the Duomo before we entered the cathedral quickly via a side door, past the very long queue! Maria kept everyone’s attention via her captivating description of the cathedral and involving the group in discussion. We learnt so much. Thank you Maria and Do Travel, a memorable tour. This is the second walking tour we took in Italy, The first was in Venice. Both are really worth the time and money. The guide gave us a great overview of the overall history of the city which helped us decide on what things to do while we are in Florence. Skipping the queues at Accademia was priceless, very worthwhile.
