River Cruise takes place the same day as the Coca-Cola London Eye Ride
You will need to call the Coca-Cola London Eye quoting your booking reference to book an experience and cruise time. The Coca-Cola London Eye will give you their booking reference, which you should note on your ticket
Please arrive at The Coca-Cola London Eye 30 minutes before experience time and check in directly at the pre-paid/ticket collection desk
For the River Cruise, please go to the London Eye Pier (boarding point 2) 15 minutes prior to your cruise time and then join the standard entrance (queue A) to board the London Eye after your river Cruise
Busiest period at the London Eye is between 12 noon and 3pm, so it is advisable to visit at a different time
To see the 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked time
