Would definitely recommend this tour

Very good tour, access to arena floor and underground. Extremely busy so suggest early tour! We had Fabrazio as tour guide through City Wonders and he spoke good English and was very knowledgeable. Skip the line was great, group of around 20.

Colosseum Doen Right

The first time I went to Rome, I did the standard Colosseum tour. This time I decided to take this tour to learn more. It was an outstanding tour mainly because the tour guide (Christina) was extremely knowledgeable. It helped that we had under 20 people on our tour so we all felt like we could hear clearly and could have questions answered easily. Our guide made the tour. It was a full three hour plus tour including the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Everyone needs to see the Colosseum when in Rome so why not do it right and take this tour. You will not regret it (unless it is in June and extremely hot).

Sylvia was an amazing guide

She was incredibly knowledgeable about Roman History, and used pictures and a book to show how the building, used to look compared to how they currently look. She did a good job of relating History to our 10 and 13 year old kids and kept them engaged.

Tours of Rome

It may be a great deal of fun to plan your own Rome tours where you stroll from place to place without a set itinerary. However, focusing on the planning and navigating tends to take you away from enjoying the moment you're in. For this reason, it’s well worth joining one of the many Rome guided tours in English. A guided tour of Rome allows you to enjoy the rich depth of history around, which you otherwise may have missed if touring around alone. Learn about fascinating stories way beyond the little paragraphs of information squeezed between the margins of a guidebook. The best-guided tours in Rome take you beyond the sights.

Reserve your guided Rome day tours of the Eternal City & experience the splendor of a place that is itself one huge outdoor museum.

Undoubtedly, some of the most impressive and important of Rome’s historical landmarks are the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. However, without proper guidance, they can sometimes leave you a little overwhelmed. Besides, some of the best tours to book in Rome give you skip-the-line access and save you plenty of time and hassle.
