How to get there:
The best option to reach Montserrat from Barcelona is to take the train and rack railway. At Barcelona - Plaça Espanya Station (metro and train station), there are trains of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya leaving for Montserrat every hour starting at 8:36 am. All trains: 8:36 - 9:36 -10:36 -11:36 - 12:36 - 13:36 -14:36 (please check in advance).

To enter you should be dressed properly: knees, stomach and shoulders must be covered for both genders
