Just 10 to 30 minutes from the city center, Lisbon offers beautiful white sand beaches and excellent surf spots suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers.

Your experience begins with pickup from your hotel or apartment in Lisbon or Costa da Caparica. You’ll travel comfortably to one of the region’s best surf locations, carefully selected based on daily sea conditions and your skill level. Whether you are catching your very first wave or refining your technique, your experienced surf instructor will ensure a safe, fun, and rewarding session.

The 2-hour surf lesson includes full equipment—board, wetsuit, and all necessary gear—so you can focus entirely on enjoying the ocean. Learn proper techniques, improve your balance, and ride the Atlantic waves with confidence.

Beyond surfing, enjoy breathtaking coastal scenery and discover hidden beach spots known mainly to locals. Souvenir photos are included.

Please provide the height and weight of all participants at the time of booking to ensure proper equipment sizing.

A reasonable level of physical fitness is required.

You must be confident swimming in ocean waves to participate.
