Oktoberfest

Perhaps best recognised by the dirndls and lederhosen worn by festival goers, and the beer mugs or ‘steins’, Oktoberfest is a cultural symbol and ingrained in German culture, and is a must visit— the best part, you don’t need tickets for Oktoberfest, so you can stroll through and enjoy the festival without spending a penny.
