As you descend into the cellar, every stone tells a story, creating the perfect backdrop for a refined and authentic food and wine experience.
During this Classic Tasting Experience, the welcoming team will guide you through a carefully curated selection of Italian wines and traditional delicacies, sharing the stories, origins, and craftsmanship behind each product. All ingredients are sourced from small-scale Italian producers, many recognised by the Slow Food presidium for their commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and traditional methods.
Your tasting begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco, followed by four exceptional Italian wines — two refined white wines and two full-bodied red wines — thoughtfully selected by the sommelier to complement each dish. Paired with the wines is an abundant selection of cured meats, cheeses, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta, Roman-style pizza, vegetables preserved in oil or vinegar, artisanal breads, and exquisite extra virgin olive oil, including the renowned Majatica variety.
