In most cases, you will receive your confirmation within 15 minutes of placing your booking.
On occasions, we might need up to 48 hours to receive the booking confirmation from the supplier. However, once we have it, the confirmation will be emailed immediately.
If you don’t receive the confirmation within 2 days, please check your Junk or Spam folders as sometimes our automated emails get caught over there. If you can’t find your confirmation there either, please contact our customer support via your user profile.
