Will I be informed if my tour is canceled or adjusted?

Unforeseen circumstances don’t affect only the travelers. Occasionally, even suppliers need to cancel the event last minute. While we work hard to avoid such situations, if it happens, the supplier will get in touch with you as quickly as possible. They might send you a message via DoTravel or contact you over the phone or email. Your cancellation message may not have arrived on time, especially if the book time and the show time are on the same day or less than 24 hours apart.
