Am I able to receive a refund if I arrive late?

If you arrive late for your time slot or do not show up, you will not be able to receive a refund


Important information: If your voucher indicates that you must arrive before your activity start time (ex. 30 min prior), you must be there at that time. Failure to arrive on time may result in a no-show.

  • For example,  if your activity starts at 15:00, and your voucher states that you must be there 30 minutes prior, arriving after 15:00, can be considered a late arrival. It is at the discretion of the tour operator to decide what is a late arrival. 
  • If you are arriving late, please contact the tour operator directly (the number appears on your voucher). Depending on the tour operator, and the type of tour/ticket you have, they may or may not be able to wait for you.
Note: arriving in advance ensures you can find your meeting point enough time before your tour/ticket start time. Not being able to find the meeting point location does not warrant a refund.
