If your promotional code is giving you trouble, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the conditions of the promotion code. Some promo codes only apply to certain destinations, activities, or specific time periods.
- Clear your cache and browser cookies to remove old promotion codes that might still be saved.
If you are still having trouble after taking these steps, please visit your user profile:
- Log in to your DoTravel account
- Click on “Support”
- Click “Contact DoTravel”
- Specify subject of your query (e.g. Trouble with Promo Code)
- Set department to “Booking”
- Specify your query
- Click Send!
